As you explore our site, you might find yourself asking, "So, where are all the fancy bells-and-whistles on this website?"

We have carefully and deliberately avoided an excess of animated, complicated and slow-loading graphics on the SAFE site. Our goal has been to keep our design clean, easy to read, and simple to navigate. In this way it is accessible to all who wish to visit us—many of whom are disabled physically or cognitively by stroke, and/or who may have older, slower computers. We hope that our visitors appreciate our decisions in this regard.
